Can I shop on Mum and Child from another country?
No. All purchases from Mum and Child must be made within our geographical area of operation which is Ghana. Any offshore purchases can be done through a local.

All prices on Mum & Child are actually lesser or equal to standard selling prices. Your goods will also be delivered to you free of charge if you live in Accra or Tema.
What if an item is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, its status will be indicated thereby letting you know of its unavailability.
How can I be sure that I’ve made my purchase correctly?
Once you checkout, an email will be sent to you after your purchasing process is complete confirming your order.
Will I be able to remove items from my order?
Yes, you can. This, however, applies to items chosen before you checkout. Once you checkout, items picked are absolute and cannot be removed unless your order is canceled.
Must I have an account to order from Mum & Child?
Yes. All purchases on Mum and Child must be done using a registered account.
Delivery & Returns
Where do you deliver to?
Delivery within Accra and Tema are free.
When are your delivery hours?
Sunday from 12pm to 4:00pm
Deliveries are free for residents of Accra and Tema.
How quickly will I receive my items?
Once your purchase has been confirmed, your item(s) will be delivered within 24-48 hours of placing your order.
Do you offer returns?
Items purchased can be returned if a defect is detected within 48 hours of delivery. Goods must be returned in the same condition as of delivery and will be reviewed within 48 hours of return. If the item(s) are found to be defective then such items will be changed.

Yes payments can be made at time of delivery.
What mode of payment do you accept?
Acceptable methods of payment include: Cash On Delivery, MTN Mobile Money, POS and VISA/MasterCard (Slydepay).
Can I pay in a different currency?
No. All purchases made must be paid for in Ghanaian cedis.
Can I have my items pre wrapped?
Yes. Gifts will be wrapped at an additional fee.
